Our Clients Say
Cindy and Frank:
"Adopting our daughter from Vietnam was a journey filled with extensive paperwork, countless meetings, and emotional highs and lows. At times, the process felt exhausting. But having JC as our adoption worker turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into one of hope and excitement.
JC was there every step of the way, offering her unwavering support and consistently reassuring us that all the effort—both logistical and emotional—was leading us to something extraordinary. Her kindness and encouragement helped us stay grounded and reminded us why we started this journey in the first place.
What truly stands out about JC is her warmth and humor. She has a way of making even the most stressful moments feel manageable, often lightening the mood with her quick wit. She brought grace and positivity to the entire process, making it as smooth as it could possibly be.
JC’s care didn’t stop when the adoption was finalized. She continued to check in on us, not as a requirement but because she genuinely cared about our family. She even celebrated milestones with us, like attending our daughter’s birthday parties. And we’ve had the joy of supporting her passions, too—she’s a talented drummer, and hearing her play is just one more reminder of what a multifaceted, wonderful person she is.
JC is someone who truly invests in the lives of the families she helps create. As she opens her own agency, I can say without hesitation that anyone working with her will be in the best possible hands. She’s dedicated, compassionate, and just an all-around great person. Our family is forever grateful for her."
Caroline:
"I was adopted from Vietnam when I was just 6 months old. My parents created a beautiful “coming home” video that we usually watch on what we call my “Gotcha Day.” But every day, I am reminded of how grateful I am to them and our journey to becoming a family. Being adopted sometimes feels surreal because I can’t imagine being raised or loved by anyone else. I’ve always felt incredibly close to my parents and deeply appreciate the sacrifices they’ve made to give me a loving and supportive home. I will always be proud of being adopted and eternally grateful to my parents for the life they’ve given me.
In 2018, I had an extraordinary opportunity through my school to travel anywhere in the world, and I chose to return to my birth country with my mom. As the plane landed in Vietnam, I felt an indescribable mix of emotions—both a sense of unfamiliarity and an overwhelming connection. During our visit, my mom and I spent time volunteering in orphanages and exploring my birth country. The experience was filled with surreal moments where I wondered what life might have been like if I hadn’t been adopted. Sharing this journey with my mom made it even more profound, as it was her first time back in Vietnam since adopting me in 2001. The love and security she has always provided gave me the courage to return with curiosity and excitement.
I owe so much of my life’s foundation to JC and her incredible team. Their dedication and compassion were the cornerstone of my adoption story, and for that, I am forever thankful."
